Rashid from Street fighter is sitting down. Shirtless, and bare chest visible, mostly just wearing his headgear. Arms lifted up and presumably, hands tied in place. Of course, he’s helpless to the tickly feather and branch. Although his ankles arent tied up, he is doing a good job keeping them in place. Maybe he likes getting tickled!
