Its all spec'd to the commissioners request down to the fine details so I must give him credit for that.

What a unique way to have him all restrained! Slightly uncomfortable for him while having the urge to pull and strain but only stuck to suffer tickle torture. I like the foot being on his nose too really showing him his place. The dirty alt on the commissioners page was a nice surprise too. Great comm!
