The little doe had to accept his fate and become one of the breeders. She is very successful in this role, she managed to become the breeder of the Chief himself.
Some time ed since she was made to wear revealing clothes for mating rituals, so her short curly hair grew long and beautiful which makes her look even more feminine than before. She has to wear all kinds of body paintings to help her get pregnant and help the little ones grow inside her eventually. She is still not happy with the new role she has so she refuses to acknowledge these paintings as anything other than war paintings. Also she is already visibly pregnant with twins. She is in denial about this too, because 'bucks can't get pregnant'.
In the scene I request the poor doe tries to the other warriors in the tribe for battle training, but they refuse to to take her in because of her visibly pregnant state and delicate body. She tries to convince everyone that she is not pregnant and not a breeder, but everyone is pointing out the obvious signs. (Pregnant belly, Breeder body paintings, wider hips and longer hair) "
