Moderately belated birthday gift for 
SelisSculpts of two of our shared characters, Penny and Ginger.
What do you get when you cross a shy yet plucky Floatzel whose body is basically a living air pump, with a pot-smoking Suicune who's got a massive crush on said Floatzel? You get a very, very ionate puffkiss, it seems. Ginger's asked Penny to just blow her up until she's bigger than a blimp, and judging by that look in her eyes, I think she's willing to give Ginger even more than she asked for.
I'd definitely be up for drawing more of these silly girls in the future... Just have to learn a better way to shade that big, flowy Suicune mane.

Also I wouldn't dare stuff all that hair into a tiny little hat, you can't keep a majestic beast caged up like that
