Here's a hot and late Halloween themed commission made for me by my homeboy 
Segu19 starring Pyramid head from Silent hill❤
Here Pyramid head cornered one of his latest victims in Silent hill, but as he was about to bring his giant sword down. The helpless soul suddenly retaliated by grabbing the monsters nipples and giving them a squeeze as a last resort causing Pyramid to drop his weapon. Long story short, the dude managed to get away safely leaving Pyramid head behind with sore nipples XD
Side note: some,of the Halloween themed pics I commissioned will be a tad bit late due to the artists schedules.
