Back in high school in the late 1990's, Butch and Sobek would sleep over at each other's houses for the weekend. When Butch stayed over at Sobek's, he'd love to play first-person shooters like Doom on Sobek's computer in his room. He'd have to wait for Sobek to finish checking up the latest 32-bit and 64-bit gaming news and ing low-res anime clips in RealVIdeo format over his 56k dial-up connection first, though. Those years were such a nostalgic time for the krokocousins.

This computer was based on what I actually had back in high school from 1996-2000, the Gateway 2000 P5-120. I had started drawing this a couple of years ago when I was feeling nostalgic for the era of Windows 95, America Online, and Sailor Moon desktop backgrounds. It ultimately lead to me to go on eBay and rebuild that setup again.
