For those of you wondering, it's MY story I'm talking about, "Corporal Punishment" and "Corporal Punishment: Yuri's Duty". It's not Canon to Shine at all, and it was written to help our Squigglynx feel better when she was feeling down. It's a work in progress, and still going on.

wtf with that miss? how is she changing her clothes and hair every time that fast?!! XD
I it, she's not as over the top as she was in the first couple of changes, and both of these changes have been subdued over the first couple of changes, but apparently she's still not her 'normal' self, whatever that is, according to Star.
Furthermore, now that she has the dress on, and it fits, she's bought it, so she won't be taking it off.
Finally, the dress is yellow, who's going to notice???

Manda just shows her how wrong she is, but she isn't bullying her, she's having fun exerting her position as a 'bigger kid.'

Besides, Star is enjoying herself. She is finally getting into her little space, at least for a while.
Well let me put it this way. Basiacly she could defend herself in this position even if her hands and legs are disabled using her bodyweight, arms (witch arent disabled at the beginning of the "fight") or certain movements. There are certain techniques witch are part of special training for this situations (ok not this situation in particular) and basing on the fact that she is in a special division and that she also has a "Martial arts" background (Shine Page 19) its not completly impossible that she knows this techniques.
But I digress my real point is: Shes so cute when shes embaressed so let me do it some more ^^
Besides, we all know that she's enjoying this thoroughly and wouldn't change anything. I certainly haven't heard 'Tadpole' yet!

In fairness you're spot on. if star REALLY wanted to be out of this situation she could probably find a way, not only being military but trained to the point of judo instructor level means shes pretty tuff when she wants to be, she hasnt used her safe word so even though shes protesting loudly shes actually having fun

Some of us pride ourselves on not being 'PC', because I'd rather speak the truth than not say something because someone's feelings might be bruised.
One very great example of that is at one University here in the United States, someone posted a sign that said 'Trump 2016.' Either that, or it was painted on the road. Something. Here are college students who claimed to be 'Offended' by this sign, which is nothing more than someone signalling their choice in our Presidential elections. Yet, the University made available to these students a 'Safe Room' with Counselors to help them deal with this 'racist' comment and to help them cope with the 'Offensive Manner' of this person who posted the slogan.
This is just one example of how stupid 'Political Correctness' is.
So, being 'Un-PC' means that you say what you will without regard for the feelings of others, at least to the point of being truthful. Being intentionally hurtful isn't being Un-PC, it's being intentionally hurtful.
Does that help? The concept of PC is really an English speaking term, I don't know how it would translate into other languages.
But, other than that, yeah, I like that explanation a lot.
But to be honest, i´m just kind and friendly with other people. In we have way to much PC, and i hate it.
